Delivery & Returns

Delivery Prices/Times: 

  • UK STANDARD (2-4 working days): £3.95 (free when you spend over £65)

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days (please note during exceptionally busy periods this could take longer). Our delivery time frame starts from the day that your order has been dispatched. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.



Why has my order not arrived? 

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of the dispatch date, please send us an email to info@picopooch.com 

Pico pooch cannot be held responsible if the address given when ordering is incorrect. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address given is both complete and accurate to ensure correct delivery of the parcel is made by Royal Mail.

Please note: Tracking numbers shown as "Delivered" by Royal Mail will mean that you will need to contact Royal Mail directly to obtain a reference number.  

If your order has been delivered with photographic evidence on the tracking and you're unable to locate your order, we cannot be responsible for stolen parcels. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders.

 

Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please email info@picopooch.com to start a return. 

Please note: Only items that are returned in perfect condition (in their original packaging), free from stains & pet hair can be exchanged or refunded. In the event that an item returned does not fit the criteria, we will post this back to the customer (who will be responsible for delivery charged).

We will endeavour to process all refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date we receive the returns. It may take up to 10 working days for all refunds to be credited back into the customers account. 

All customers will be required to pay for return postage unless items arrive damaged or faulty. (Faulty & damaged items will require photographic evidence with 24 hours of delivery). 

We recommend all returns are sent to us using a tracked service and we will not be held responsible for lost items before they reach us.
